The project “IT’s for Girls!” aims to inspire girls to take an interest in information technology and to boost their confidence when making decisions about future studies and careers. Through interactive lectures, discussions, and workshops led by women working in IT directly in schools, the project opens up new perspectives for students and shows that technology is for everyone — including girls. At the same time, it highlights the importance of diversity in tech and the value of female perspectives within the industry.
