Aj Ty v IT is a Slovak initiative focused on getting more girls and women into information technology and supporting their development in tech careers. It offers education, community, and role models to make IT more inclusive and accessible.
Aj Ty v IT (“You too in IT”) works to reduce the gender gap in technology by encouraging women and girls to consider IT studies and professions. The organization emphasizes that non‑coding perspectives (such as product, design, or business roles) also have strong value in the tech world.
