The IDISEN GAME JAM is a 9-day event dedicated to female-identifying game developers, held annually to foster connections and creative expression within the gaming community. Taking place at a campsite, the jam emphasizes building games in a supportive, inclusive environment, regardless of participants’ personalities, whether sociable or shy.
Event Details
The jam runs for nine days, encouraging attendees to rekindle their passion for game development and experience the industry from a fresh perspective.
Amenities such as lodging, catering, and hardware are provided by the organizers, with participants only responsible for arranging their own transportation to the site.
Community Focus
The main goal is to build a supportive network among female-identifying developers. Activities include making games, sharing experiences around a campfire, and forming connections within an accommodating environment.
