Woman leadership empowerment survey for organizations

This tool is designed for organizational self-assessment and for retrieving guidance on how to improve inclusion within the organization. It helps identify gaps and areas for development in fostering more inclusive environments.

Organizations are encouraged to review the statements and mark those that reflect practices they are already implementing. This allows them to better understand their current level of inclusion and to identify opportunities for further improvement.

Instructions for the tool usage:

Please review the list below and select all checkboxes that apply to your organization. Mark every statement that accurately reflects your organization’s current situation.

Once you have selected all applicable checkboxes, click the Evaluate button. The system will analyze your responses and generate a list of potential barriers your organization may be facing.

For each identified barrier, you will also receive a set of recommended actions that can help reduce or eliminate the barrier and support improvements within your organization.
